Being cast as Cinderella was amazing. I had the best time and I'm sad that it's over. Below are some photos from the performances.

THE EXCLUSIVE PHOTOSHOOT!!!

What an amazing day! I spent 13.5 hours in front of the camera. I had so much fun. I think I could do this for a living!! My photographer, Make-up Artist, Hair Designers, and of course, my stylist, Gloria were all, so amazing! I can't wait to work with all of them again. Hopefully sooner than later!!! I was so flattered when asked to sign autographs on a few different occassions. This totally pumped me up and made me feel like a star in the making!!









This photo shoot was a blast. I got to just be myself and be as silly as I wanted to be!





I actually had 8 different outfits to wear on my photo shoot. We had to work fast to get all of the shots in. This one made me feel beautiful!! The photos were taken at Balboa Beach in OC! There was a carnival on the other side of the water, so we took a ferry over there and I had photos taken on the Ferris wheel, the carousel, on the dock and while eating cotton candy. I also gave my autograph out to people who wanted it. Have I mentioned that this was so fun???





Gloria and I had a blast together. She's like the big sister I don't have!

My Photoshoot in LA!

Oh My Goodness!!!! What an amazing experience! One of the best so far in my lifetime! There are a ton of video clips that I will be adding. Photos are not ready to be posted yet, but I will post them ASAP!!! Enjoy the video's for now...The first two are of me shopping the day before the shoot! My Stylist, Gloria was amazing and she helped me to select the right pieces at the right prices! We saw some REALLY INTERESTING people while in LA. One guy started singing to me in the middle of a cross walk, about "same 'ol John McCain". It was so funny!!! We also saw some guy roll up in a Farari at the mall with the music so loud, it shook our car windows. Here are two videos of me shopping!!!

My Last Day of Recording

Oh My Goodness!!! It's hard to explain how I feel tonight. We began this morning at 10:00 AM and I started out just like Brad and Darren wanted me to. We broke for a lunch break around 12:30, which was much needed and then back in the studio until 6:00 PM tonight. My voice finally blew out a bit so, I had to stop. At 7:00 tonight My Mom and Ernie hosted a "wrap party". It was so fun to have my whole family there to support me. I don't know what I would do without any of them. Along with ALL OF MY PARENTS and GRANDPARENTS, My little sister's, Rileigh and Emma and my baby brother Aiden, have been so supportive coming to the studio to cheer me on and to give me hugs when I really needed them!

I wanted to include one last clip ---- just enough to give you an idea of what will be on my album. This was such a dream come true for me. I didn't want to stop singing tonight, even though, My Mom, Emily, Grammy and Brad told me I had to stop......

It's Day THREE!!!!!!

I ended last night on such a good note and started this morning right where I left off last night!
About 4 o'clock this afternoon, I was sent home because I am on the verge of blowing out my voice....I am on my last two songs and am so anxious to get it finished now. I will be going back to the studio around 7:00 tonight to finish some back-up vocals. I was told that I have to take it easy in order to finish everything by Monday. There is a slight chance that the project will be put on hold for a couple of weeks, depending on what happens over the next 24-hours with my voice. I am disappointed but I know everything is going to turn out okay. I am just really excited and anxious to share it with everyone!!!

The next video is of the background vocals I recorded tonight since my voice is a little warn out. I think this sounds so cool. Brad said it's like have 40 Katelynne's in a music hall singing. We took 60 takes to get this sounds!!! Super Cool!!!

I brought my favorite Kitty with me to the studio ~ I think she had fun!!! LOL!

My Second Day In The Recording Studio

WOW! I worked my tail off today! I began recording at 9:30 this morning and Brad finally pulled the plug on me at 9:30 tonight. We were able to complete three of the songs for my album and the last one we did, Brad wrote. It's called Simply Lovely. It's my favorite song so far! I had a blast and am so excited for tomorrow.

My First Day of Recording

My Mom and I picked Brad up from the airport at 2:30 PM today and went straight to the studio. Brad, Darren and Ben set up all of the different Microphones and we went through a sound check and then took a break for dinner. After dinner we came back to the studio and worked until 9:30 PM. I am exhausted. The picture below is of me with Brad in Studio B.

Brad is telling me that he's the "boss". I think he has that wrong. LOL! After all, he's the one that calls me the "Pop Princess". Aren't all Princesses the boss??

Tomorrow my dreams will become my reality!

I will begin recording my first album!!!

The next two photo's were taken at 98.7 KUPL in Portland, Oregon! They interviewed me a couple of times, once before I went to American Idol Camp and once after! Lee, Alana, Earthquake Jake and Jim E Chonga! They are so great! I really appreciate all of their support. They even play my version of the National Anthem in the mornings at 7:00 AM as a featured "Local Vocal"!

Here I am with Macy Grey! I got to sing with her at American Idol Camp...It was so cool. I also got to meet and play football with Ace Young!


I was asked to sing Amazing Grace at Harley Davidson in Portland, OR. I was honored to be apart of the raising of the largest POW/MIA Flag ever made!

Here I am in Orlando, FL! If the singing thing doesn't work out, I am going to be a race car driver and become the first woman to win the Nextel Cup!

Here I am singing The National Anthem in Portland, OR on Veteran's Day.

I sang the National Anthem and Amazing Grace at a Rodeo in Canby, OR! It was so much fun and my little sister Emma and I loved watching the Bull Riders! I also saw some really cute cowboys ;) This is just the clip of the end of the song....

The video below is from my final night at the Miss Washington American Coed Pageant, where I was the reigning 2006-2007 Miss Washington Pre-Teen!

After I went to American Idol camp last year we went to NYC for a visit. Someday I hope to live there! Here I am in Time Square with my Mom and my little sister, Rileigh!
